Hello and Happy Pride month to everyone! You can be gay, bi, pan, trans, non-binary, agender, asexual, aromantic, or any other type of queer you can imagine or just you. This month is for you!

Pride Month Is Very Important This Year

I don’t know how you guys feel about it, but I think Pride month is very important this year. I don’t care what anyone else is doing regarding Pride. We’re still celebrating it here at LDW.

Also, remember the first Pride was a riot. Remember that and keep that energy going forward. We will likely need it in the current political climate.

And remember to stick together! Don’t throw one group of queer people under the bus because of attempts to divide and conquer. Be sure to support and uplift everyone in the queer community. This, too, is very important.

Pride Is For Everyone Who Is Queer

The word “queer” was specifically chosen to represent our community because it is both vague enough to encompass all the various identities under the umbrella and big enough to bring us all together. So no matter what shade of queer you happen to be, you are welcome here at LDW.

Admittedly, the sissies and other gender non-comformists and cocksuckers get a lot of attention because LDW is geared toward sex and sexuality. But that doesn’t mean they are the only ones who are welcome on our network. All queer people are welcome, and all are welcomed with pride!

So I want to encourage all queer people to enjoy Pride month this month. Stay safe, stay healthy, and stay proud!

A Word To Those Who Are In The Closet

“Stay safe, stay healthy, and stay proud” applies to everyone, not just those who are out. I’d like to say a quick word to those who are still in the closet. It doesn’t matter if you’re there because of fears for your health and safety or if it’s just because you think your type of queer is no one’s business. It’s your choice to stay in the closet, and nothing should ever make you feel bad about it.

But even if you are in the closet, that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t still be proud of your orientation and/or gender identity. We are friends of all queer people, out or closeted, here at LDW. And if you give any of us Mistresses a call to talk about what’s on your mind, I assure you, the content of our calls will go no further than there.

Someone To Talk To This Pride Month

So if you’re seeking a sympathetic ear this Pride month, you’ll find one, both with myself and with all the other ladies here at LDW. We are all very supportive of queer people–and many that are queer and bi and simply proud of our own kinks. We are allies.

If you need some advice, we’re here to help. If you just need someone to listen, no problem! And if you want to share experiences or talk about how proud you are to be whatever flavor of queer you happen to be, you are more than welcome to do so.

So enjoy Pride month, everyone! Go to brunch, attend a parade, enjoy a drag show, or just secretly be proud of who you are. We are all very proud of you here at LDW. And that includes me, too! I am an ally. So Happy Pride, and go forth and be fabulous! I adore all of you.
